Use Tech to Exercise

In this day and age, we’re very lucky to have most of our needs met from a screen. We can talk to our loved ones, connect with others, work, entertain, and so much more, just from our phones and computers. What we often forget to do is to maintain the health of our bodies. Luckily, there are ways to do this from our own homes.

There are many different apps and technologies available to remind you to exercise, and many more apps that can give you ideas for fun ways to get moving. So if you’re ready to take a break from the online casino, check out the apps and tech below to help you get strong and healthy from your own home.

YouTube

Youtube always seems to have the answers to everything these days. This includes the answer to how to work out from home. There are so many resources on Youtube, and many creators focus solely on providing ways for their viewers to work out at home, for free.

Because it is free, Youtube is probably the go-to for many who want to get a quick workout in without going to the gym. On the website, you can find many different workout specialists depending on what you’re interested in. Some creators offer HIIT classes, while others show proper weightlifting techniques and schedules. If you have cardio equipment at homes, such as a treadmill or a stationary bike, there are many guided classes to help you get all the way through a cardio workout.

The nice thing about using Youtube as an exercise resource, besides it being free, is that it offers such a wide variety of videos. If you only have 15 minutes to work out, you’ll be able to find something to meet your needs, and the same goes for those who want to work out for over an hour.

Peloton

If you are someone who likes to stick to the same workout every day, but you don’t want to have to drive all the way to the gym just to do it, look into the Peloton Bike. This bike is a stationary spin bike, but it’s techier than the ones you normally see at the gym. The Peloton has a screen that allows users to watch videos of scenery, so it feels like you’re actually outside.

You can also watch classes on the screen because working out alone can be difficult. By using these classes, you’ll feel like you’re in a room full of people who are putting in the same work as you. Peloton isn’t exactly cheap, with the bike starting at $1500, but if you’ve got the money for it, it’s well worth it.

Tempo

Tempo is an interesting product that you may not have heard of. This at-home gym setup was created to almost look like a piece of decor so that users can place it anywhere that is convenient to them. This ensures that any equipment lugging won’t dissuade you from getting your daily workout in.

Tempo is a free-weight system. It features a large touchscreen that offers different guided free-weight programs, as well as space for weight plates. It comes with a few different weights already, like dumbbells and barbells. These are meant to get you started, and you can buy more weights to adjust to your fitness levels as you become fitter and fitter.

7 Minute Workout

The 7 Minute Workout is a great app for those who want a quick workout from home without using any equipment. It goes through 14 different exercises as a circuit, with each exercise performed for 30 seconds. It’s meant to strengthen all parts of the body, but the circuit can be adjusted to focus on whatever muscle groups you want.

The app is free, so anyone can use it. Just as its name states, it only takes seven minutes to complete one round of the circuit. If you have more time, you can go for multiple rounds, and if you’re looking for a challenge, you can add weights to any of the workouts.
